I build the rewards experiences behind high-traffic promotions, with accessibility planned in from the start rather than patched in later.

I partner with adaptive ski instructors to support skiers with disabilities on the slopes, and consult on the organization's website so the program can keep growing.

Eleven years of helping people with disabilities play baseball, making sure everyone who wants to play ball gets to.
